penguin of doooom!

Its been a quiet dA year for me, but I haven't been wasting my time. I've been doing a LOT of travelling; last month I went to Hong Kong and bought me a shiny new DSLR, a canon 30D :D HK was awesome, and I love the 30D, I'm capturing things impossible with the PowerShot, hopefully that will end up here. All the travelling and stuff has left little time for artistic expression but I believe that is just being filed away in the noggin for later. Right now I'm learning heaps with my new toy and getting the technical side to where I don't have to think too hard while I'm in manual mode :D
